The Waynesboro Farmers Market (WFM) has an exciting opportunity for anyone who has thought about selling their homegrown or handmade products direct to consumers. This year’s market will be expanding and attracting more customers than ever through the addition of more vendors, sponsors, events, promotion, kids agricultural functions, musicians, etc. If you are a prospective vendor whose farm/business is located within a 60-mile radius of downtown Waynesboro then now is a great time to sign up!

The WFM has been supporting local agriculture and local businesses since 2008. The Waynesboro Market is a non-­‐profit organization that relies on sponsors and grants to sustain its mission: to inspire and nurture a healthy community by building a local, sustainable and organic food economy in a vibrant, educational marketplace. Specifically, we aim to: 1) Foster direct relationships between our local producers and community members, 2) Serve as an incubator for small businesses and entrepreneurial growth in the area, 3) Improve public health and nutrition through community education access to local produce, 4) Act as a community gathering space, and 5) Support the preservation of local farmland and promote sustainability.
